We offer results of the research dedicated to the influence of anchoring effect when making forecasting decisions in the experiment concerning how individuals forecast inflation rate. We prove the presence of anchoring effect influencing forecasting economic indices. The results of the experiment are given proving the absence of sustainable influence of psychological characteristics of personality psychotype on the result of decision-making.
