Controlling is a new management system that requires constant development and improvement of the methods applied. The implementation of controlling processes is a complicated range of interconnected and consecutive stages that should be structured at an enterprise. We look at the need to apply a system approach to controlling processes which offers considerable advantages both for processes and the enterprise management system as a whole. The controlling processes include determining the object of the research, selecting the directions for impact, selecting the priorities, developing standards, monitoring and managing the business triad.
