  • The relevance of the study is justified by the fact, that in a crisis environment active implementation of re-engineering processes is considered the most efficient method of change management within a business. In the process of re-engineering special attention is given to the staff of the company.
    The article provides the study of the nature of staff re-engineering as one of the basic approaches of the development of business re-engineering methodology. Special attention is given to social and psychological aspects of re-engineering which are being considered in the context of staff resistance or assistance towards changes. In the course of the research the authors used such methods as monographic, comparative method and the systems approach to the study of change management issues in the context of crisis with the active implementation of re-engineering methods.
    On the basis of the results of re-engineering brands study it has been demonstrated that social and psychological aspects in business processes are of central priority with regard to the success of changes. Besides the authors have offered a number of concepts of companies development on the basis of implementation of methods of staff re-engineering.
