  • The fundamental identifiers influencing the process of creation and commercialization of the research and development activities in Russia have been revealed in the article with the analysis of the dynamics of some indicators being carried out. Establishing the reciprocal influence of economic processes identifiers plays an important role in working out management impacts and in the process of making strategic decisions. The authors have studied input and output features which define quantitatively the process of creation and commercialization of scientific and technical products. Besides the correlation and regression analysis method based system of indicators have been constructed which enables prognostication of the dynamics of efficiency indicators with regard to research and development activities as well as to quantitative assessment of identifiers impact on each other.
    The use of such models is advisable in the course of results prognostication with regard to creation and promotion of research and development projects as well as to the selection of the most rational method of commercialization of research and development products. The models promote a quantitative assessment of negative aftereffects and allow to establish determining factors. In addition the models make it possible to define the sphere of management influence for further improvement of commercialization processes.
