  • We substantiate the importance and feasibility of pipelines for hydrocarbons transportation, as well as the need for constant monitoring and analysis of their performance. The parameters and features of regional dispatcher centers are considered. The possibility to increase dispatcher efficiency by using special soft-hardware complexes supporting the process of decision-makingis studied. Having considered the factors in question, we suggest developing an intelligent interface based on the model of human-machine interaction.
